Pittsburgh theatre has offers

The theater has been dark since its owner, the Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media, laid off all its employees last month.
The Regent Square Theater has been closed for a few weeks, but there has been plenty of interest in the single-screen cinema.
At least three bidders are interested in buying the theater, according to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The theater, which opened in Edgewood in the late 1930s, has been owned by the Pittsburgh Filmmakers since the group renovated it in 1999. That organization merged with the Pittsburgh Center of the Arts in 2006.The Regent Square Theater
