South Korea seeks bigger warheads, North Korean ICBM reportedly on the move
SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korea said on Tuesday an agreement with the United States to scrap a weight limit on its warheads would help it respond to North Korea’s nuclear and missile threat after Pyongyang conducted its sixth and largest nuclear test two days ago.
South Korean officials believe more provocation from the reclusive state is possible, despite international outrage over Sunday’s test and calls for more sanctions on North Korea.

McDonald's employee jumps out window after officer becomes unconscious in drive-through
DORAL, Fla. - What was supposed to be a quick stop for breakfast Tuesday morning in the drive-through of a Doral McDonald's turned into a critical life-saving effort.
Pedro Viloria is used to working the drive-through window at the fast-food restaurant, but he's never jumped out of it until Tuesday morning.
Viloria said the customer, an off-duty Miami-Dade police officer, with her two children in the backseat, pulled up and paid without a problem. But he realized something was wrong once he returned to the window with their food."In that moment, I thought, I'd rather save that woman's life," he told Local 10 News.
"I see she's like inflating her neck, like trying to breathe, like 'ahh,' and basically I thought something was going wrong," he said.
The officer became unconscious and her foot slipped off the brake.
Surveillance video from the restaurant shows the SUV rolling forward and Viloria jumping out the window.
"(I thought,) 'Oh my God, this woman is unconscious. I've got to do something, because she's going to crash, maybe,'" he said.
Video shows the SUV narrowly missing another car before hitting a curb.

President's Weekly Address

And this is why we must repeal and replace Obamacare -- to deliver relief to American workers, families, and small businesses, who right now are being crushed by Obamacare, by increasing freedom, choice, and opportunity for the American people.
Schwarzenegger says he's not running for U.S. Senate
Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger won’t be back.
“I'm deeply flattered by all of the people who have approached me about running for Senate, but my mission right now is to bring sanity to Washington through redistricting reform like we passed here in California,” Schwarzenegger wrote on his Facebook page early Sunday morning.
Redistricting reform – or changing how districts are drawn for members of Congress and state legislatures to avoid gerrymandering – is a normally dry subject that Schwarzenegger has been trying to draw increased attention to in recent weeks. He has also been sparring with President Trump.
“Gerrymandering has completely broken our political system and I believe my best platform to help repair it is from the outside, by campaigning for independent redistricting commissions,” Schwarzenegger wrote. “Thank you for your kind messages and all of the support and I hope you'll join me in my battle against gerrymandering with the same enthusiasm.”
The rumors about a potential Senate run went into overdrive last week after a report in Politico cited anonymous GOP insiders who said Schwarzenegger was mulling a run, potentially as an independent.
Greensburg City Council to vote on adding police officers
Greensburg City Council will vote Monday on whether to hire two new police officers, bringing the department to full strength for the first time in years.
The department has recommended hiring Kenneth Burke and Frank Tempo, who have completed the necessary testing and background checks. If approved, both will be sworn in at Monday's council meeting.
Burke is a sergeant with the Ligonier Borough Police Department, and Tempo is a patrolman with the Latrobe Police Department. Both would join the Greensburg department as patrolmen.
The contract between the police union and city mandates a staff of 27 officers. However, a 2011 agreement left one vacancy unfilled to save money.
That agreement expired at the end of 2015, just as many officers started retiring from the force.

3-year-old girl dies after being shot at Mount Washington home

PITTSBURGH - A 3-year-old girl died Sunday after suffering a gunshot wound in Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington neighborhood, police said.
The girl was shot at a home along Southern Avenue, but details were not immediately available. Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Sonya Toler said neither the girl nor her mother lived at the house.
After the girl was shot, her mother ran outside while holding her and was driven by a passerby to Allegheny General Hospital, Toler said. The girl was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital about 1 p.m.
Police are questioning at least two people.
